Pine City 24 Hours of Strawberries and Pine Trees

I think of Strawberries.I remember the sweet, succulent soft juicy melting in my mouth... I remember savoring each moment especially something that is etched in my younger years. Somehow, I recall the scent of fresh scented pine trees, abundant brittle light cones growing abundantly in  tall bright light green pine trees. I loved mixing my fresh strawberries with enormous corn flakes coming from Post Exchange(PX) giant American Kellog crunchy cereal. Mixed with Real fresh milk.

A Holistic Journey

The more I write, the more I am taken with it, the magic of the word. Turn the wrist and your word is a clear brook. Flick, and you have a blade, or a balm. To be able to put out one, two, three words for a title and draw people in; convince them to pause in their hurried steps and step inside, there is a power in that. They pull up a seat, and some linger and chat. Some cry a little; other times they walk out still laughing because it was the room of your childhood they had entered and they remembered. The window to your marriage you’d opened and they know. It was your messy soul they inhabited briefly, experienced from the inside out and they blushed a little. It was their one-minute confessional before they drew the door back out to the light.

My PC, My Story

I can relate to your experience. I remember the first computer I had was the Texas 99/4A. It was pretty lame and the standard during those early days. I was excited when we finally got our first IBM XT compatible. I was exactly giddy and excited, originally we were asked either to get an apple IIe or an IBM. Those were the days. Well, I should be truthful and accept that my PC has helped me in making my life better and that I absolutely love technology.

Currently I own a Notebook PC with the below configuration –

  • Inbuilt HDD – 500GB SATA
  • Memory – 4GB DDR3
  • Processor -Intel Core i3-2310M
  • Speed & Cache – 2.1GHz & 3MB respectively
  • Video Graphics – AMD Radeon HD 6490M

I got it as a present from my dad around five years back. Well, to be honest that was my first personal computer. I got to do whatever I wanted with it. It was mine and no one else had access to it.
